How to Apply?

non-EU applicants

1. Register your application in THE ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM FOR NON-EU APPLICANTS

2. While registering, you will be asked to upload the copies of the following documents:
• passport type photo
• passport data page
• Secondary School Leaving Certificate/BA diploma/MA diploma (as applicable)
• English language international B2 certificate (HERE you can find the LIST OF CERTIFICATES CONFIRMING ENGLISH PROFICIENCY)
• Letter of Recommendation from the Church authorities (only clergymen)

3. The documents uploaded will be verified by our Admissions Office. Upon successful review of you application our Admissions Office will send you a Conditional Offer Letter. The letter will specify the deadline for making tuition fee and registration fee payments. Due to visa regulations in some countries, it may be advisable to pay for the 1st year in advance (two semesters).

4. Upon receiving your payment, we will issue your Decision of Acceptance which will be sent to you together with acceptance certificate for visa purposes.

5. The Decision of Acceptance will list your individual deadline for submitting originals of documents and confirming acceptance. The documents which have to be submitted:
• the original of Secondary School Leaving Certificate/BA diploma/MA diploma (as applicable). Legalization or apostille is required
• Polish sworn translation of the original Secondary School Leaving Certificate/BA diploma/MA diploma. The translation should be taken by Polish sworn translator (applies to certificates and diplomas issued in languages other than English)
• a valid medical certificate confirming the applicant’s ability to undertake university studies (HERE YOU CAN DOWNLOAD MEDICAL CERTIFICATE FORM)
• a valid Baptismal Certificate (only Christians)
• two colour photographs (35 x 45 mm)
• medical insurance

EU applicants (also citizens of EFTA countries and the holders of Polish Card)

1. Register your application in THE ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM FOR EU APPLICANTS

2. Once you register your application in the online registration system for EU candidates, send us

a) a signed copy of an application form (generated by the system) to study@kul.pl

b) a copy of an English language international B2 certificate (HERE you can find the LIST OF CERTIFICATES CONFIRMING ENGLISH PROFICIENCY)

3. The Offer of Acceptance will be released to your online account, please monitor your account for your decision

4. You must confirm the Offer of Acceptance in the online registration system and by submitting the originals of your documents to the Admissions Office

5. The documents which have to be submitted:
• the original of Secondary School Leaving Certificate/BA diploma/MA diploma (as applicable). In some cases nostrification, legalization or apostille may be required
• Polish sworn translation of the original Secondary School Leaving Certificate/BA diploma/MA diploma. The translation should be taken by Polish sworn translator (applies to certificates and diplomas issued in languages other than English)
• a valid medical certificate confirming the applicant’s ability to undertake university studies (HERE YOU CAN DOWNLOAD MEDICAL CERTIFICATE FORM)
• the original of English language international B2 certificate
• a valid Baptismal Certificate (only Christians)
• two colour photographs (35 x 45 mm)
• medical insurance
