During the epidemiological restrictions, all consultations upon registration procedure are held with Admissions Office only by: e-mail: study@kul.pl, phone: +48 81 445 42 16 (Monday-Friday, 9:00-14:00) or your online account at e-Rekrut system (available in English): https://rekrut.kul.lublin.pl/

Non-EU applicants for BA/MA programmes taught in English:
1 March 2023 – 14 April 2023: electronic registration of application in the e-Rekrut university online system for admission: creation of candidate’s account, providing required data, uploading scans of documents, selection of programme/s, confirmation of choice (in Selected-Details) and making registration fee payment
1 March 2023 – 14 April 2023: English proficiency interview, if applicable (more info here)
25 April 2023 after 9:00 a.m.: online announcement of admission results (on candidate’s individual account in the e-Rekrut system: in Selected-Details and Messages sections)
25 April 2023 – 10 May 2023: making online confirmation to undertake the studies (more info here) and tuition fee payment (for candidates admitted on fee-paying basis – more info here). Once your payment is registered on the university’s account, a confirmation for visa purposes will be issued and delivered via e-Rekrut. You will also receive the information about further steps. The failure to fulfill abovementioned requirements within the prescribed deadline is tantamount to your resignation which results in the removal from the list of candidates qualified for the programme.
no later than 06 October 2023: submitting original documents in person at Admissions Office. The failure to do it is tantamount to your resignation which results in the removal from the list of candidates qualified for the programme.
- Reserve list – if applicable (only if the admission committees decide to accept the candidates from the reserve list):
12 May 2023 after 2:00 p.m.: admission of candidates from the reserve list (online announcement of admission results, on candidate’s individual account in the e-Rekrut system, in Selected-Details and Messages sections)
12-26 May 2023: making online confirmation to undertake the studies (more info here) and tuition fee payment (for candidates admitted on fee-paying basis – more info here).
