Online registration – documents


The application procedure is quite straightforward and contains the steps described in details in our STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE (link).
After you register at e-Rekrut admission system, you will have to upload some documents so have them ready in advance.

You will be asked to upload:

Foreign candidates with foreign high-school certificate or BA/MA diploma
  • scan of the data page of your international passport;
  • electronic version of your official photo (must meet the criteria for photos required for the purpose of issuing the official documents, eg.passport; in color, with a background that is plain and white, and free of shadows etc.).;
  • scan of the relevant educational documents with legalization/apostille (Secondary School Certificate/BA diploma/MA diploma -as applicable) – a document which allows you to enter higher education institutions in the country where document was issued;
  • scan of a document confirming your English proficiency at B2 level;
  • (for candidates who have such a document) scan of a Pole’s Card or other document (e.g. a permanent residence card, NAWA decision to grant a scholarship, certificate confirming Polish proficiency as a foreign language at C1 level) which entitles you to study for free;
  • (only clergymen) scan of a Letter of Recommendation from the Church authorities.
Candidates with Polish citizenship and foreign Secondary School Certificate or BA/MA diploma
  • scan of the relevant educational documents with legalization/apostille (Secondary School Certificate/BA diploma/MA diploma – as applicable) – a document which allows you to enter higher education institutions in the country where document was issued;
  • scan of a document confirming your English proficiency at B2 level.
