Programmes taught in English – the registration for non-EU applicants – academic year 2021/2022!

Dear Candidates!

Registration for non-EU applicants (BA, MA programmes taught in English)

1 March – 6 April 2021 – registration of applications / submitting scans of documents

1 March – 9 April 2021 – English proficiency interview, if applicable

19 April 2021 – online announcement of admission results for students in the e-Rekrut system

19-30 April 2021 – online confirmation to undertake the studies and making tuition fee payment (for candidates admitted on fee-paying basis)

Only after the payment is registered on the University’s account and after positive verification of the uploaded legalized documents, the Admissions Office KUL will issue a confirmation of admission for visa purposes.

10 May 2021 – admission of candidates from the reserve list, if applicable (2nd term)

10 May 2021 – online announcement of admission results for students in the e-Rekrut system (2nd term)

10-20 May 2021 – online confirmation to undertake the studies and making tuition fee payment (2nd term for candidates admitted on fee-paying basis)

Only after the payment is registered on the University’s account and after positive verification of the uploaded legalized documents, the Admissions Office KUL will issue a confirmation of admission for visa purposes.

It is obligatory to present the all required documents in original version for inspection at the Admissions Office no later than October 8, 2021 and then the Decision of Admission will be issued. The failure to present them results in the removal from the list of candidates qualified for the programme.
