IMPORTANT: Changes in polish recruitment rules for selected groups of foreigners from July 1, 2025!
For foreign candidates with documents issued by educational institutions operating in the education system of a member state of the European Union, a member state of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) or a member state of the European Free Trade Agreement (EFTA) – a party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, and for candidates with documents issued in countries covered by international agreements ( e.g., Ukraine, China), the recruitment rules for AY. 2026/2027 remain unchanged (based on the legalized SSC).
For candidates with documents from other countries (including, among others, Nigeria, Algeria), the university is required to conduct an entrance exam. Entrance examination requirements are available on the university’s website near the selected programme. Moreover after the 1st of July 2025 a RECOGNITION of a Secondary School Certificate is required. To get the recognition done a candidate is supposed to contact the National Agency for Academic Exchange – NAWA
It remains unchanged that international candidate for the programmes taught in english must present a certificate confirming his/her english language proficiency at the B2 level at least.
