All students for the programmes taught in English are admitted on fee-paying basis from the academic year 2026/2027

Payments can be made either in Polish zloty (PLN) or other major currencies (EUR, USD, GBP, CHF – for the international candidates) by a direct money transfer into the University account specified below.

Payments in currencies other than PLN will be converted into PLN at a current exchange rate.

Please also check on your own the bank fees for the international transfer which you have to cover. If not, this may result in an outstanding fee balance for you to pay before admission is confirmed by the University.

Only after the complete payment is registered on the university’s account, the certificate of enrollment for visa purposes will be issued.

Payment to be made only after the announcement of admission results – so by a qualified candidate, who received a conditional offer letter from Admissions Office on candidate’s individual account at e-Rekrut system (in Messages section).

Upload the confirmation of making payment on your online candidate’s account at e-Rekrut system (Personal data –> Documents –> Scans of documents –> Add new).

ATTENTION! Students with a critical financial position or in certain circumstances are entiteled to get the reduction/tuition fee waiver as  well as paying the tuition in instalments.

To get the permition for paying the tuition fee in instalments you are supposed to submit the online application to the Dean of the Faculty via your student`s e-kul account.

To get the  permition for tuition fee reduction/tuition fee waiver you are supposed to submit the online application to the Vice Rector for Student Affairs via your student`s e-kul account.

Please note that in both ways you will be asked to present the documents confirming your financial situation as well as the motivation of your request.

Applications can be submitted from the second semester of studies.
