IMPORTANT: Changes in recruitment rules for selected groups of foreigners from July 1, 2025!
For foreign candidates with documents issued by educational institutions operating in the education system of a member state of the European Union, a member state of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) or a member state of the European Free Trade Agreement (EFTA) – a party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, and for candidates with documents issued in countries covered by international agreements ( e.g., Ukraine, China), the recruitment rules for AY. 2025/2026 remain unchanged (based on the legalized SSC).
For candidates with a certificate/diploma obtained in a country other than a member state of the EU, OECD, EFTA, Ukraine or China, the entrance examination is required.
Entrance exam requirements are available on the university’s website near the selected programme. Candidates who complete the recruitment process before June 30 will be admitted to the university according to the current rules – without the need for an entrance exam.
Moreover after the 1st of July 2025 a RECOGNITION of a Secondary School Certificate will be required. To get the recognition done a candidate is supposed to contact the National Agency for Academic Exchange – NAWA
It remains unchanged that for the foreign candidates who do not have the appropriate certificate confirming their english language proficiency at B2 level, an online language proficiency exam will be conducted.
