Documents required upon enrollment
If you are qualified for the programme, the online confirmation in the e-Rekrut system is required:
- please confirm and sign the online Form for admitted candidates (in Selected-Details),
- candidates on fee-paying basis are also obliged to make a one semester tuition fee payment (the bank details for making the transfer are sent to each qualified candidate via e-Rekrut message) and upload the confirmation of payment
The online confirmation to undertake the studies takes place till April 22nd, according to the ADMISSION SCHEDULE.
The failure to fulfill the abovementioned requirements within the deadline is tantamount to your resignation which results in the removal from the list of candidates qualified for the programme.
After the uploaded documents are verified positively by Admissions Office and after the complete tuition fee payment is registered on the university’s account, a certificate of enrolment for visa purposes will be issued and delivered online via e-Rekrut.
It is obligatory to submit the required documents in person at the Admissions Office KUL before the 30th of September 2025. The failure to do it results in the removal from the list of candidates qualified for the programme.
Documents required for BA programme
It is obligatory to submit the required documents in person at the Admissions Office KUL no later than the 30th of September 2025:
- Secondary School Certificate with legalization/apostille – original document for inspection,
- Polish sworn translation of the original Secondary School Certificate with legalization/apostille; the translation should be taken by Polish sworn translator,
- document type photograph (in color) must be uploaded at e-Rekrut candidate’s account,
- document confirming your English language proficiency at B2 level – original document for inspection,
- medical insurance or a declaration to sign a contract with the National Health Fund in Poland,
- * health certificate (only for candidates admitted to Biotechnology programme) – the medical referral is issued by the Secretariat of the Faculty after your arrival,
- * parish priest’s opinion (only for candidates of the Roman Catholic denomination to programmes: Philosophy, Theology),
- * letter of recommendation from the Church authorities with permission to undertake the studies (only for clergymen).
- * original certificate confirming prosocial engagement (only for Applied Anthropology programme)
You will be also asked to present for inspection your valid passport with visa.
Documents required for MA programme
It is obligatory to submit the required documents in person at the Admissions Office KUL no later than the 30th of September 2025:
- BA/MA diploma with legalization/apostille – original document for inspection,
- Polish sworn translation of the original BA/MA diploma with legalization/apostille; the translation should be taken by Polish sworn translator,
- document type photograph (in color) must be uploaded at e-Rekrut candidate’s account,
- document confirming your English language proficiency at B2 level – original document for inspection,
- medical insurance or a declaration to sign a contract with the National Health Fund in Poland,
- * health certificate (only for candidates admitted to Biotechnology and Bioanalytical programmes) – the medical referral is issued by the Secretariat of the Faculty after your arrival,
- * parish priest’s opinion (only for candidates of the Roman Catholic denomination to Philosophy programme),
- * letter of recommendation from the Church authorities with permission to undertake the studies (only for clergymen).
You will be also asked to present for inspection your valid passport with visa.
