MA Philosophy
What can I know? What should I do? What can I expect? If these and similar questions arouse your curiosity and you want to embark on an intellectual journey in search of answers, studying Philosophy will allow you to become acquainted with the legacy of the “giants” of classical philosophy, as well as to participate in current debates on the most important issues faced by modern man. Among the many philosophical currents and styles, we offer a unique approach to practicing philosophy characteristic of the Lublin School of Philosophy. We introduce you to the intricacies of searching for the truth about the world, God, and man (metaphysics and philosophical anthropology), sensitize you to values (ethics – especially personalist, co-created by Professor Karol Wojtyła from our Faculty), familiarize you with the fundamental concepts and problems that have long preoccupied human minds (history of philosophy), and teach the art of precise thinking, speaking, and effective argumentation (logic and methodology). If you want to discover the precious pearl of wisdom – we invite you!
